Founder
Chhay Lem Lim
Chhay Lem Lim founded Serey with the vision of creating a complete, affordable, and creator focused publishing platform.
Recognizing the growing need for independence in the digital world, he focused on building a platform that allows creators and small businesses to easily build and manage their own online presence — without relying on multiple expensive tools or large technology corporations.
Today his focus is on expanding Serey into a global platform that combines website building, publishing, community, e-commerce, and more in one accessible place.
Chhay works closely with the development team and strategic partners, focusing on product innovation, long term growth, and international expansion.
